On the 20th of December, 7 pm, Kaunas Artists’ House continues its tradition and, with Ruta MUR and “The Blue Indian”, invites you to a neon and neo-romance salon: a Christmas party (“žiburėlis”) glowing with the spirit of the 80s.
The evening will feature Ruta MUR performing live and an exhibition of the glowing “The Blue Indian” paintings alongside other traditional Christmas party attributes – the full details of which will follow shortly.
Ruta MUR is a nostalgic artist and performer inspired by the 80s. The word that comes closet to describe her music is synthpop. Two kinds of people enjoy her music: those who dance and those who cry to them.

The Blue Indian features hand-made paintings which glow in the dark. Made from organic glass and electric colours. The paintings glow as a mirage in a neon dream during nighttime and become a piece of minimalist décor in the daytime.
The event is free of charge.
