Slemas #47
2022-03-30/19:00 - 22:00
Last month, we met to slam in the hall of Kaunas Culture Center. Now war refugees fleeing the war in Ukraine gather there.
Unfortunately, poetry will not end the war. However, creativity and being together can help to cope with the anxiety. Everyone who comes will contribute by donating money to provide humanitarian aid to those fleeing the war.
Slemas #47 will take place in the hall of Kaunas Artists’ House (V. Putvinskio str. 56).
Slemas #47 will have an entrance fee-donation – Red Cross volunteers will be waiting for you at the entrance to collect donations. The recommended donation is 5 Eur or more (if you cannot afford to donate this amount, please inform the volunteers and choose an amount that suits your financial abilities).
Slemas # 47 has no theme – all poetry is welcome, be it sad, joyful or fun.
Slemas #47 host – Jovaras.
