DeMo Artist Talk: Marija Krstić

Marija Krstić is using her experience in the production of radio documentaries and in puppet theater in her own creative process. The artist works with her personal dilemmas and stories, which later she turns into a body movement performance or a contemporary circus performance.

Marija Krstić studied psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade. She graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade, at the Department of Theatre and radio directing. She has a Master of directing at the department of alternative and puppet theatre of Theatre Faculty (DAMU) at the Academy of Performing Arts (AMU) in Prague, Czech Republic.

During her Artist Talk at Robertas Antinis Sculpture park, she will present creative activities related to theater and radio. Marija will also introduce the audience to the project, which she will present with contemporary circus performers at Kaunas Vilijampolė Market on the 30th of June.
