KOELSE. Museum of Paranormal Technology: presentation and sound performance
Association of experimental electronics from Helsinki, KOELSE, is proposing that the roots of industrial culture go deeper into the history of paranormal technology, introduced in the industrial music through the lineage of S. Burroughs. As part of their museum of paranormal technology, KOELSE will talk about the history of the most obscure electronic devices designed, which they are rebuilding from electronic waste using original schematics.
“We have found very interesting plans for electronic devices for for communicating with the dead, telepathy training, to fulfill wishes or travel in time. Main objective is not to prove if it is neither possible nor impossible to use electronic devices for this kinds of purposes, but to research what kind attempts there have been, and also to give people a possibility to try these devices by their own hands.”
Presentation is given in English.
