Final presentation of the Residential Format Laboratories
Touch, community and intimacy during quarantine. Is a quality relationship possible? Three artists whose practices are connected by movement: Indrė Puišytė-Šidlauskienė, Vilma Pitrinaitė and Marija Nemčenko researched these themes in Kaunas Artists’ House residency program in 2020. Experts representing communities and the Performative Design Association helped them explore this difficult task.
On January 28, we invite you to the final event of the project, where the residents and experts will interactively present project results, challenges, the good practices and answer the question of whether close, quality work involving hard-to-reach communities is possible during quarantine.
The event will be held in Lithuanian.
The event is part of the Kaunas Artists’ House project “Preparation, Implementation, and Dissemination of Residential Format Laboratories” and is funded by the Lithuanian Culture Council
